Corn grinding mill is one of the agricultural machinery to grind corn into powder, according to the different structural principles, the corn girnding mill can be divided into two types, they are tooth type and hammer type. Those two kinds of corn mill in comparison, tooth and claw type corn mill can grind finer powder. Meanwhile, the hammer type corn mill is more energy efficient, choose which mainly depends on the customers’ actual needs.

How does corn grinding mill work?

Taizy corn grinding machine has two types, their working principle is simlar. To achieve the desired crushing effect, you need to look at different models, generally corn mill crushing corn needs to go through the following two steps.

Crushing the kernels

Corn mills are commonly crushed by crushing, grinding and bludgeoning, etc. No matter which way it is, the corn has to be put into the mill first and then crushed into powder.

Filtering through the screen

The grinding bin of the corn grinding mill is paired with different aperture size sieves. Some of the small corn particles that are crushed to meet the sieve size standard will be discharged through the sieve, while those that do not meet the requirements will be struck twice in the crushing chamber until the corn meal is smaller than the size of the sieve and the corn meal is discharged from the discharge port.

How to choose the two type of corn grinder?

Tooth and claw type corn mill due to multiple flat teeth and square teeth, when the material into the crusher cabin, the material in the flat teeth and square teeth between the high-speed collision, can be ground into a finer powder; while the hammer blade type corn mill is a group of a group of hammer blades, the material can only be crushed in a few groups of hammer blades, so the fineness is not.

Tooth and claw type corn grinding mill in the work operation, the power needs to drive the entire tooth disc for operation, while the hammer blade type operation, only need to drive the flap for operation, so in comparison, in the case of the same power, the hammer blade type corn mill relative power consumption is smaller, more energy efficient.
