A batch of Taizy corn shellers and corn threshing machines was prepared for shipment to Ghana, providing different processing capacities for local maize handling operations.

The order included 17 sets of equipment across four models. With capacities ranging from 2 to 6 tons per hour, the shipment was designed to meet different maize processing requirements.

Customer Requirements and Equipment Selection

The Ghana order included several models rather than a single type of corn sheller. This combination covered different processing capacities and equipment sizes.

The selected machines included:

  • 6 sets of 5TY-80D corn threshers

  • 1 set of 5TYM-850 corn threshers

  • 4 sets of SL-B1 corn threshers

  • 6 sets of SL-B2 corn threshers

All four models use diesel engines, making them suitable for agricultural processing operations where diesel-powered equipment is preferred.

By selecting multiple models, the order covered both higher-capacity threshing and smaller-capacity processing requirements.

Corn Sheller Models and Technical Specifications

The following table summarizes the equipment included in this shipment.

For the 5TY-80D model, the listed threshing rate is at least 99.5%, with grain loss no more than 2.0%, breakage no more than 1.5%, and impurity no more than 1.0%.

    Equipment Packing and Container Loading

After production was completed, the corn sheller machines were prepared for export to Ghana. Some units were packed in wooden crates, while others were wrapped with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.

The equipment was then carefully arranged inside a 20ft container, with different machine models placed according to their dimensions. All 17 sets were loaded together, completing the shipment preparation for delivery to Ghana.

    Supporting Different Corn Processing Capacities

For agricultural machinery buyers, choosing the right corn sheller involves more than looking at the machine price. Processing capacity, power source, equipment dimensions, and operating requirements also need to be considered.

The Ghana order demonstrates how different corn threshing models can be combined within one shipment to cover a range of processing capacities.

Whether handling several tons of maize per hour or requiring a smaller diesel-powered unit, buyers can select equipment according to their actual processing needs.
