Taizy recently received an order for a TMR silage mixer from a dairy farm owner in Rwanda. The customer learned about our company through a recommendation from his friend in Kenya, who had previously purchased a silage baler and wrapper from Taizy. Based on his friend’s positive purchasing experience, he decided to contact us for a suitable feed mixing solution for his own farm.

Customer Background

The customer is a dairy farmer in Rwanda who owns and operates a medium-sized dairy farm. The farm has been engaged in dairy cattle breeding for several years and supplies fresh milk to local markets and nearby milk collection centers.

As the dairy herd gradually expanded, preparing enough feed every day became increasingly labor-intensive. The farm mainly used Napier grass, maize silage, hay, and concentrate feed to meet the nutritional needs of its cattle.

Previously, workers had to prepare and mix different feed ingredients manually. This process took considerable time and made it difficult to maintain consistent feed proportions. Therefore, the customer started looking for a suitable silage mixer to simplify daily feed preparation.

Why Did the Customer Choose a TMR Feed Mixer?

After learning about the customer’s farm conditions and feeding requirements, we recommended a TMR feed mixer suitable for mixing different types of roughage and concentrate.
