Working principles of the maize chamber vacuum sealer

The process involves five main steps: loading → bag setting → vacuuming → heating and sealing → cooling.

1. Product loading

Put fresh corn (sweet corn, waxy corn, or cooked corn on the cob) in a specially made vacuum bag. Check and make sure there is no breakage of the bag.

2. Bag setting

Place the bag opening on the sealing strip correctly, and then close the vacuum chamber to create a sealed environment.

3. Vacuuming

The small corn vacuum packaging machine activates the vacuum pump, simultaneously extracting air from the vacuum bag and the chamber. This process removes oxygen, reducing microbial growth and oxidation.

4. Package sealing

Once the desired vacuum level is reached, the machine will turn on the heating element to seal the bag. This step ensures the bag remains sealed.

5. Cooling

A brief cooling period will strengthen the seal. The vacuum chamber then returns to atmospheric pressure, and the lid automatically opens.
