9ZF 500B five-ports straw shredder

This five-port machine integrates multiple functions, including hay cutting, hay chopping, crushing, grinding, and feeding. It has two feed inlets and three discharge outlets, each with a different function.

The hay guillotine inlet is for feeding long materials such as hay, corn stalks, and palm leaves. Its spacious design allows for rapid feeding. The whole-grains feed inlet is specifically for feeding granular materials such as corn and date pits, facilitating hammer milling in the internal crushing chamber.

There are three different discharge ports: high, middle, and low.

• The high port is for discharging longer pieces of feed or throwing feed to a higher position.
• The middle port is for outputting medium-length grass and soft feed.
• The low port discharges materials that have been crushed into small particles or fine powder.

9ZF 500A four-ports corn stalk crusher

This four-port mill functions similarly to the five-port mill, but it lacks a central discharge port, resulting in a more compact structure suitable for ordinary farms and feed mills. It has two feed inlets and two discharge outlets to meet different grinding needs.

Applications of the multi-functional straw shredder

As a multi-functional forage crusher and corn mill, its applications are very broad. So it has been applied in many fields.
