How does a Grass Chaff Cutting Machine Work?
- First, start the motor for the shredding rotor.
- After the operation is stable, start the automatic feeding mechanism reduction motor. The automatic feeding device will then work. The operator will spread the straw evenly on the automatic feeding chain plate and feed it into the kneading drum through the feeding and shredding device.
- Then, the material is struck, torn, and kneaded into filaments by high-speed rotating hammers and fixed kneading plates, and then thrown out of the grass chaff cutting machine by centrifugal force.

Machine Transport Packaging Materials
The fodder shredder machine is relatively heavy and has an irregular shape (with protruding feed hoppers, pulleys, etc.).
Cardboard boxes are easily crushed during transport, and large temperature differences between day and night during transport can cause condensation and rain to form on the inner walls of the container.
