40 Sets Grain Threshing Machines Shipped To Zimbabwe

In the first half of 2025, we finally secured a large order of grain threshing machines from a businessman from Zimbabwe who wanted to purchase a batch of agricultural machinery. After several rounds of discussions, we ultimately took on the project. Here are some key moments from our collaboration.

Initial contact: understanding the customer’s background

The first conversation was via email. Our sales manager received an inquiry asking if we had similar wheat and corn threshers as the photo he sent us. He said a supplier needed dozens of these machines. We soon replied to him with our machinery and made a detailed introduction.

And he said he would come to China in a few months, so he wanted to have a look at our source factory (he knew it from our website). We were pleased to ask about his schedule and arrange a perfect time.

Second discussion: gathering requirements

The second session was during a visit to a grain threshing machine factory, where we took them on a tour of the factory’s production workshop and demonstrated to them the machine’s operating procedures.

After visiting, he asked three questions:

• Can we guarantee the quality of our machines? How can we prove it?
• Is there any discount or gift for purchasing so many machines?
• He wants to modify the machine. Is there any customized service?

We make such answers to his questions:

• We will test and inspect each machine before it is finished, and will only send it out after confirming the quality of the machine. This process will be filmed. Our brand is based on integrity and has cooperated with many international projects.
• We provide some accessories for free when ordering the machine. Operation manual and remote operation guidance are also one of our services
• After negotiation, we selected large tires that meet local requirements, and we can provide customers with other customized services they need.

Final communication: confirming the order

The contract has been drafted, and our goods are almost ready. The customer hopes that we can prepare the goods as soon as possible. It would be best if he could get the goods before the harvest season. So we only feel that the project is halfway done when we deliver the goods to the port.
