Taizy has launched a new generation of corn silage baler, offering a completely upgraded solution for silage packaging and storage, designed specifically for modern livestock farms and feed processing enterprises.
Through our upgrades, this machine now features a dual wrapping system, allowing for faster feed packaging with a production efficiency of 50-75 bales/hour and a carrying capacity of 90-430 kg/bale.

What parts did we upgrade?
Compared to traditional models, this new generation T60 corn silage baler utilizes belt-type baling instead of roller compression, offering the following significant advantages:
- Higher baling density: Belt-type baling ensures tighter and more uniform bales.
- The base plate is replaced with a pickled steel plate: This provides better rust and corrosion resistance, significantly extending the machine’s service life.
- Faster baling speed: The addition of a dual-arm system results in better baling performance and faster production capacity.
After wrapping, it provides a better fermentation environment for silage, producing beneficial bacteria and proteins that are more easily absorbed by livestock. This directly contributes to improved feed conversion rates and promotes faster livestock growth.
